MyCodir.com PDC Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility & Participation

• Open to All: Any registered user on MyCodir.com can own a Product Digital Card (PDC).
• Number of PDC account: An individual / person can not own more then one PDC account.
• Marketplace Trading: PDCs can be bought and sold on the MyCodir.com PDC Marketplace.

2. PDC Earnings & Claiming Rules

• Royalties & Bonuses: PDCs earn a royalty fee when the associated product is sold on MyCodir.com anywhere in South Africa. Additional bonuses may be awarded at MyCodir.com's discretion.
• Withdrawal of Funds: You can start withdrawing funds once your PDC daily earnings exceed R100. Tip: The quickest way to get there is by purchasing as many PDCs as you can afford as early as possible, as their prices are increasing daily.
• Daily Claims Required: All PDC earnings (royalties and bonuses) must be claimed daily. Unclaimed PDC earnings are forfeited and redistributed among active PDC owners.

3. Buying & Selling PDCs

• Selling Your PDCs: Owners can sell their PDCs on the MyCodir.com PDC Marketplace at a price they choose, to a willing buyer.
• Buy & Sell at Own Risk: PDC transactions are at the buyer’s and seller’s own risk. MyCodir.com is not liable for any losses incurred.
• Non-Refundable Purchases: All PDC purchases are final and cannot be reversed once completed.

4. PDC Earnings & Payout Conditions

• Restricted Withdrawals: Daily PDC earnings must be used to purchase additional PDCs until PDC earnings exceed R100+ per day for five consecutive days.
• Limited Withdrawal Access: Only after meeting the R100+ per day for five days rule can PDC earnings be withdrawn or used to purchase goods.

5. MyCodir.com Authority & Corrections

• Transaction Reversals: MyCodir.com reserves the right to withdraw or reverse PDC earnings in cases of technical errors, hacking, or fraudulent activity.
• Final Authority: MyCodir.com’s decisions on all disputes are final and binding.

6. Code of Conduct & Fair Play

To protect our thriving community, PDC ownership may be revoked for:

• Violation of Policies: Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or bypass PDC rules.
• Reputational Harm: Spreading false information about MyCodir.com.
• Fraudulent Behavior: Engaging in deceit, fraud, or other misleading activities.

Consequences of Termination

• Forfeiture of PDC Earnings: All accumulated PDC earnings, bonuses, and income from PDC sales will be forfeited.
• Limited Investment Refund: Users mayat the sole discretion of Mycodir.com management receive a refund of their initial PDC investment, less any PDC earnings already paid out.
• Immediate Account Revocation: At MyCodir.com's discretion, the user’s account may be permanently banned from all PDC transactions.
